Domestic Orders: All orders within India are shipped through reliable courier partners such as DHL, Bluedart, DTDC, and other reputed services, or via Speed Post.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed on the 4-5 working days after payment receipt or the following business day, unless otherwise specified at the time of order confirmation.

Domestic Orders: Expected delivery within 4-8 business days.

International Orders: Delivery depends on the destination and customs procedures.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Delivery depends on the agreed date at the time of order placement.

Order Confirmation: Orders will be shipped according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Please note that all deliveries are subject to the courier's or postal service’s terms and conditions.
Delivery Delays: Divine Abha is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee that your order will be handed over to the courier or postal service on the agreed shipping date.
Damage in Transit: While we take great care in packing your order, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during transit. If your order is damaged in transit, please submit an exchange request through the portal here.

We ship orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and on Saturday, excluding public holidays.
