We do not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method.

All refunds are issued only in the form of a Gift Card, which can be used for future purchases on Divine Abha.

🎁 Sale Orders & Discount Codes

  • Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.
  • Only size exchange is allowed for sale items, subject to stock availability.
  • Gift cards and coupon codes can be applied during sales.
  • An exchange charge of ₹200 will apply during sale periods.

đŸ“Ļ Shipping to Warehouse Policy

We are currently facing technical issues with our reverse pickup service.

Until resolved, customers are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse for any exchange.

The warehouse address will be shared once your exchange request is raised and approved.

🔁 Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window:

  • Requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Products with stains, wear, or damage are not eligible unless received damaged.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items marked non-exchangeable

Exchange Charges:

  • A nominal charge of ₹200 applies.
  • Second-time returns are not allowed.

Process:

  • Submit your request through our portal:

  • Opening box video and photos are necessary for exchange.
  • Once approved, we will share the warehouse shipping address.
  • After you self-ship and we receive the product, QC will be done.
  • Once approved, your exchange will be processed.

Stock Availability:

  • If the exchange size is unavailable, you may receive:
    â€ĸ A Divine Abha Gift Card
    â€ĸ Option to choose another product.

Important:

  • Direct exchange for a different product is not allowed.
    Use Return → Gift Card → New Order.
  • The return address will be shared only after approval.
