Return Policy

We accept returns only if valid proof of damage or defect is provided, in the form of video evidence. Any claims for returns without this evidence will be rejected.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to transit, you may request a replacement or return within 3 days of receiving your order. Please return the damaged product in its original condition and packaging, and ship it back to the address we provide. If the product is not available for replacement, a refund will be processed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Please note, all customized or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges for Defective Items

In the rare event of a defective item, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra charge. To request an exchange, simply submit your request through email, providing details of the defect and product images.

Product Condition & Packaging

We ask that you return items in their original condition and packaging to help us process your request smoothly.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for a different product. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value or process a refund for the unavailable item. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Review & Approval

Every return or exchange request undergoes a review by our Customer Success Team. Please note that the final decision will be based on the assessment of your returned product.

Color & Natural Variations

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that colors may appear differently on various screens. Additionally, many of our products are handcrafted and feature natural embellishments, which may lead to slight variations. These are not considered defects, but a unique aspect of the craftsmanship.
